To be fair, that mentally challenged fucker that wrote the script also wrote the scripts to Lost In Space and Batman & Robin...that really was the biggest warning sign to me, lol.
But alas, I can't really critique something unless I put myself through it. It's unfair otherwise.

I noticed that after the fact. Same. What drew me was that it was supposed to be a continuation of the books, rather than a straight adaptation. So when I saw odd things in the trailer, I chalked it up to that.
I'm kinda surprised they still plan on making the show and that King is hoping for a sequel.
