There's a lot of cinematography that is well done and it enhances the movie pretty nicely.

Well aren't you just the wettest mop to hit the floor. Send you to splash mountain to fix the janitorial with that attitude, juventud guerrera.

I would mainly just recommend going in blind with Longlegs like I did and it giving it a good amount of attention. The atmosphere is kind of like a 90s-esque crime thriller with some darker aspects that bring it into the horror genre.

Sounds like it's worth the watch.

In positive news, the Late Night with the Devil bluray/vhs bundle box set I ordered from Umbrella like 5 months ago finally shipped the other day.
In negative news, it shipped from Australia, so hopefully I'll get it by 2025.

The general consensus I get from horror fans is that it is probably the best horror movie of the year along with Late Night with the Devil. Kind of just depends on you. After seeing Longlegs I wasn't sure which one I liked better. After letting it sit a while, I think Late Night with the Devil edges it out.

I enjoyed Late Night but probably won't add it to my collection as I view it as a one time watch. I'm considering getting the poster though.
I guess I will see what I think of Longlegs. Last Voyage of the Demeter was the most recent 2020's horror film that I added to the collection.

I heard from good source that Late Night with the Devil was such boring shit that Biff Tannen actually crashed his damn car into it. So I don't know about this legless chick.

I enjoyed it. It's not a masterpiece or anything but it's atmospheric, dark & gritty. Basically my style visually and the overall pacing of the film is good too. It was a worthy addition to the collection and not many films from the last 10 years make it into my collection. :thumb:

I feel like this always happens where if I pre-order something, people get them like two weeks before I do and I'm always the last guy on the pre-order list to receive the thing. I was emailing the people at Umbrella and they were saying they were shipping a lot of them and they would get to mine eventually... What the hell is this? I know I was one of the first ones to put in a pre-order, damn it. They somehow must know I voted Trump. Asses.
