Yeah. I'm not sure if I have to get the info from the cops, then call him or call his insurance...

When I was in Torpedo school this buddy of mine tried to pick a torpedo up and got some weird hernia where his nuts swelled up real bad. He showed me and the memory will always stay with me. Like the size of a grapefruit so fucked up.

Mine is about the size of a baseball. My right testicle is perfectly normal, my left is swollen to the size of the baseball, and half of the left nut is purple and the other half is normal looking, just enormous.

-Wanna see?-

But I will have to call the police department, because he only gave them his information.
This is why I don't allow myself to be optimistic about a god damn thing in life... Insurance just called me and said because I let off the brake and swerved, I may be deemed at least partially at fault.

It was either that or die, you stupid motherfuckers. So apparently, in order for me to not be at fault, I would've had to just sit on the locked up brakes and allow myself to fucking slam into the back of the guy at 30-40 mph as opposed to swerving around him, nicking his mirror, and dinging the back of a trailer. Option one would've likely killed me AND caused more vehicle damage than the damage that occurred BECAUSE I swerved.

Chalk up another bullet point in my opening post of this thread.

They're giving me weird little hints now without explaining much. They're now saying liability is still pending. If the other party does not claim responsibility (which would be preposterous), I still have the option of putting down the 500 dollar deductible through my own insurance. They will then review my claim, and if they deem me not at fault, I get the 500 dollars back. If they deem me partially at fault, I am out 500 bucks, but the bike is then paid for and/or repaired.

Do that sounds like it might end up a draw for fault but that's just my opinion I wasn't there

Man. You guys need to get some holidays in your lives. The US needs major reform in lots of Labour laws. It’s crazy to me how little holiday people get and how long hours they work. And that’s not even coming Bering the obvious stuff like having paternity/maternity leave and special leave enshrined in law.

I've had like ten jobs in my life. This is the only one that ever offered vacation time.
