While I agree, overrated =/= unwatchable. It's still pretty decent.Jmac Attack wrote:Dog Soldiers is overrated from what I can remember. I'd give it another chance though.
I'm down with Dog Soldiers. I'll keep an open mind while watching it. I didnt hate it. I was just disappointed because of the hype. But my tastes have evolved since then.Monster wrote:I could go for Cujo and a werewolf movie.
I think it's a baseball thing? I've definitely heard that saying before.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:While I agree, overrated =/= unwatchable. It's still pretty decent.Jmac Attack wrote:Dog Soldiers is overrated from what I can remember. I'd give it another chance though.
Side note, I never actually knew about August and "Dog Days of Summer" connection.
It wasn't mind blowing but I thought it was pretty darn good. Worthy of a group session.Jmac Attack wrote:I'm down with Dog Soldiers. I'll keep an open mind while watching it. I didnt hate it. The dog days or dog days of summer are the hot, sultry days of summer. They were historically the period following the heliacal rising of the star system Sirius, which Greek and Roman astrology connected with heat, drought, sudden thunderstorms, lethargy, fever, mad dogs, and bad luck.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:While I agree, overrated =/= unwatchable.
