To be clear, none of it is acceptable and the Raiders are gutless for not punishing him for all this nonsense (the "cracker" thing is minuscule compared to everything else). Would agree that it's generally best not to tell the second highest ranking member of your team's front office that he's a cracker. That said, it's still really fucking funny.

Kubiak definitely brought out his best but I think he might of just needed a change from Baltimore and he absolutely needs a good run game.

No, it was actually really funny hearing a radio host stumble through summarizing an interaction where someone called someone else a cracker. And it did make me laugh.

I recorded a video on NFL Network where Antonio Brown and Emmanuel Sanders argue over twitter. This was like a year ago. They got a white ass female host to read through the arguments. Problem was it was in ebonics and she barely (barely) got through it. Hilarious shit.
