He's not the O.C.. There is a difference.

I like the Vic Fangio hire, he has been the best DC in the league in the past decade and it's kind of crazy he's never gotten this opportunity before. The Kubiak dynamic is fucking weird though. He's going to have more power in the organization than Fangio, while working on Fangio's staff.

Kubiak is going to be the OC.

Nothing screams "offense is BACK" like bringing back Gary Kubiak and all his friends for the third time.

Drink up, John. Mission accomplished!

But he's a leader of men, right?

Fire Elway!

Get Jason on here right now, because we're gonna have the biggest roast of Elway's ass ever.

Gary is going to be Elway's little snitch, sneaking back and forth between team meetings and John's office. Pathetic.

Feeling the heat for the first time, Elway decides his best bet is to bring back his friends. Could it be anymore clear that he has no plan?

If you asked Jason, Horse Face's only mistake was not keeping Trevor Siemian.

Don't expect that guy to look at Elway's failures with any measure of objectivity. Doesn't have the blood for it.

Oh he's got the blood, because I'm gonna take it.

The dude inherited a 4 win team, took them to the Super Bowl two years later where 19 out of 22 starters were single-handedly acquired by Elway. The 2013 offense took a dump in the Super Bowl, so he then formulates one of the greatest defenses ever in 2015.

His accomplishes far outweigh the mistakes. I don't think you know what objectivity means.

No one cares what he did four years ago. He's ruined the franchise since then. Move on.

Clown boy Jason's in the business of giving everyone lifetime achievement awards even when they suck ass at what they currently do. Needless to say, that's retarded.

Three years is hardly lifetime achievement.

"Accomplishments far outweighs his mistakes" is a hell of a spin zone. We should ignore the fact that it's been a total downward trajectory the past three years with no plan for the future because the all-time "pros" chart is longer than the "cons" chart, never mind any context.

Horse Face killed this franchise and fans like you allow him to drag this thing into the gutter with no consequences. He doesn't know how to fix this thing and it's very obvious. Keep talking about 2015 like it means anything today.

Some might say fans like Jason killed the franchise. How can I wear any of my Superbowl 50 gear with pride? Not when him and Horse Face dragged it into the gutter!

"How am I supposed to wear my Super Bowl 50 gear that Elway brought me when I would rather hate him for no reason?"

"No reason"
