Search throughout HMF history here and the spare board. 3 years straight, and I am quite confident you will find nothing about exercise.
Abso-fuckin-lutely did not ask that question for anything other than curiosity as to who works out on here. Last I heard from you about exercise was years ago when you said you stopped because of fear of a genetic heart issue potentially becoming a problem.

That wasn't years ago, that was only last year when that was brought to my attention. And it's been discussed here, last I recall being in a discussion was last year this month, and I know this because Slaughter was kind enough to send me a pdf of weight routines by pm after the discussion, and it's stamped October 30, 2017.
