High heat, oil in
Once the pan starts to smoke, turn to a medium/medium high heat (65-70% of stove's fire capacity)
Sit for 3-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cut
flip
About 90 seconds before finish, cut off a few butter squares, add to the pan and let it melt.
Put steak on the plate
Fuck A1 sauce, pour the remaining juices from the steak/butter/oil on top of the steak for GOAT flavor
Let sit for two minutes
Rape steak
Needs moar A1.

I myself like a bit of A1 no matter what the quality of the steak.

I like A1, lol. I always douse mine with some habanero hot sauce. I need stronger heat hot sauce though. I want more heat, but less hot sauce flavor.

Actually tried that. It's ok. The Ghost Pepper itself has a kind of vinegar taste if you don't let it get absorbed by whatever you put it on. I put it in a Five Guys burger and that is my favorite thing that I ever put it on.

It's cheap, but not that bad for you. We've used olive oil before, but the good shit is sooooooo expensive. I could have Trump money, and wouldn't pay $15.99 for a medium size bottle. I'm also not sure if it's good for high heat cooking

I've seen it at the grocery store. May have tried it, not sure, but if I did I obviously never cared to go back to it.

Straight from his workout, he squats over the pan until every last drop is done. And he wonders why no one wants to eat with him.

Five Guys has a lot of grease to absorb, so makes sense.

The cheap olive oil, which is still 2x more expensive than Canola oil, is not that good IMO. But I've had the way more expensive olive oil, and it was good. Especially as an Italian style dip for bread.

And you might think that adds spice, but it's all gone by then.

We used to use that. But my heart doctors assistant said to try and stay away from Vegetable oil.
