Yeah...I remember that being an attempt at being serious, but wasn't a big budget either (maybe for them, but it was still their by-the-shoestring budget).

The only Troma movie I own is Mother's Day, and the remake was better. I owned Poultrygeist and it's one of the rare movies I hated so much that I traded it in at the Pawn Shop. :p

It was during one of the challenges a few years ago. Making a good "bad" movie is an artform and underrated.
