Currently listening to some Tony Orlando & Dawn.

Not even close to my favorite song of theirs, but it is peaceful.

Knock Three Times is one of the earliest songs of my childhood.

'Knock Three Times,' 'Candida,' and 'Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round The Ole Oak Tree' are among the songs my father played constantly when I was a kid, and among others, such as 'Who's In The Strawberry Patch With Sally,' 'Say, Has Anybody Seen My Sweet Gypsy Rose,' and 'What Are You Doing Sunday', while they're not the biggest artist from my childhood, they do stand out.

You ever hear The Last Song, by Edward Bear? It's one of the earliest childhood songs for me, and it has aged as well as probably any other song I've heard. One of my all time favorites and I arguably love it now more than I ever did.

The CD cover you see in the thumbnail is the 70s compilation CD my parents had with this song on it. :p

My parents owned a lot of a series of CDs called Singers & Songwriters, and that one was on the Early 70's disc. Luckily, I still have most of what my parents owned, and there's so many favorites from the Singers & Songwriters compilations, and while 'Last Song' wasn't one I went back to near as often as others, I always enjoyed it.

That one, I wasn't familiar with until you posted it some time ago, but ever since I first heard it, I threw it on my iTunes.
