I also feel like even the mention of racism, institutional or otherwise, and the possible race relations implication tends to be treated as some kind of "liberal fantasy" which by default means no discussion can be had on the matter. If you can't agree there is a problem, then there will never be a discussion as to what the solution is. I think that is what Head is getting at, and I can rather sympathize with him on it.

They commit MORE THAN 50% of the murder in this country, even though they only make up somewhere between 11-15% of the population. Black-on-black crime is totally ignored, black-on-white crime is totally ignored. White-on-black crime will always make it to mainstream news, and at least half the time it's utter horse shit.
