Indeed. I think you give them this one and vote against. Stick to your principles, win on them. It’s easy to highlight hypocrisy by republicans who stopped doing their duty last time. The trouble is last time all Dems are on record demanding votes for Garland which means they don’t buy it. They do gave a reciprocity argument though but that’s how it plays out.

Senate Rules dictates that if an impeachment is sent over from the House it must be resolved before any other business
System needs a rehaul Impeached Presidents should not be allowed by law to nominate a SCOTUS seat
