Paperhouse is a really interesting one. Fun fact (which I'm guessing everyone knows), the guy who directed Paperhouse also directed Candyman, which I think goes a long way to explain some of Candyman's more fantasy-moments and deeper story.
yeah, paperhouse was good stuff. i'm gonna revisit, see if it will become a favorite.

as for candyman, it's not like clive barker isn't known for fantasy and a little bit of a deeper story. i think that bernard rose complimented what was already there, before it was adapted.

I thought it was okay, if generic and forgettable, until the end. The ending flushed the whole thing down the toilet.

when looking for island of death last night, i mistakenly searched "island of the dead" and got a couple of movies with the title, so i'm gonna give one of those a watch now. :P
