In Africa, they don't have the education about reproduction and condoms and shit like that, that we do. We do have Christian missionaries probably telling them that abstinence and prayer is the way to go.
Education has done a lot to prevent pregnancies. Sounds like every person should know these things, but in "shit hole countries" they don't have any of that.
Look at Colorado when they made birth control for free under the Obama administration.

Do you think it is the obligation of the US to educate and guide Africa based on our values?
Maybe half of colorado can't get erections because of the weed?
