Yeah, you are. You might. It be a survival expert. But nobody thought Rambo was a pussy for having too many guns and knives. The knock on an Arnie film isn’t that he had too much ammo to be awesome.
Yeah, but we're talking video games here. Even with Rambo and Commando ( :) ) they had tough hurdles to jump. I also will not accept this answer from you, since you loved GoldenEye and that is one of the toughest games in the history of video games.

I'm perfectly fine with people whining about that every time after I beat them.
Turn on Friday the 13th the game, be Jason, and I will still kick your ass all up and down Higgins Haven.

It is survival horror, not super-action-star.

Resident Evil 4 is amazing, and you can keep all upgrades and weapons when you go through another run. The game is nowhere near as fun in my opinion. It's way too easy to just blast your way through the game.

I havent done a 2nd run on RE4 yet, every time I've played it's been on a different system, lol. It is easy with all the ammo drops with dead enemies though, but I always felt that one leaned heavier on action than horror, but in a good way before fucking it up with 5 and 6.

Which is why I like God of War and Dante’s Inferno. :)

Finally finished Red Dead Redemption 2. That was a long game but it's top 10 all-time easily for me.

Even though it seems harder, RE2 remake may be one of my favorites of all time. I might actually like it more than RE4 and the RE1 remake. It's only flaw, to me, is music taking a back seat. I do see I unlocked options for the original RE2 soundtrack, which was a great one, but it just seems lazy on that end. It's a minor flaw, but the only one that sticks out to me.

I did get a new controller though, so running and shit has been much smoother. Alli's left joystick on the previous controller is basically crap. I don't know if she got food stuck in it or what, but it's been a lot smoother with my own controller, lol.

I'd put the Resident Evil 2 remake around the highest of tier-2 in the Resident Evil franchise. My only annoyance was the consistent darkness was too much. I can understand a room or two that is super dark, but you're navigating through 40% of the game in pitch black with nothing but a flashlight. Makes it pretty strenuous. I'd like to get a better look of the updated graphics in the hallways on the east and west side of the main hall, but they're so dark it's almost pointless. A couple of boss battles were pretty shitty, but other than those things, the entire rest of the game held up.

My top 3 fluctuate a lot, but here's my list of favorite Resident Evil games that I've played, separated by tier.

Tier-1
1) Resident Evil (Remake, Gamecube)
2) Resident Evil 2 (N64)
3) Resident Evil 4 (last time I did a Resident Evil ranking, this one was number one)

Tier-2
4) Resident Evil 0 (Gamecube)
5) Resident Evil 2 (Remake, PS4)
6) Resident Evil: Code Veronica (Gamecube)
7) Resident Evil: Nemesis (Gamecube)
8) Resident Evil: Biohazard (PS4)

Sideshow-Bob-Shudder Tier
9) Resident Evil 6
10) Resident Evil 5

Fuck. Probably said it before, but that's probably why I'm not high on the RE franchise, my first real first person experience with it has been 5 and Biohazard. :|

Resident Evil 2 remake is 3rd person.
Biohazard is 1st person.

Why trade?

My top Tier:

Resident Evil 2 (PS4) Remake
Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube-PS4)
Resident Evil (Gamecube-PS4) Remake

No particular order to those. The original RE2 is still awesome to me...but a lot of that is nostalgia. Revisiting it when I got the gamecube port didn't age well.

I don't really have issues with the boss battles with the RE2 remake. In fact the only boss battles I recall not enjoying was VII/Biohazard, just cause those just kept going and going and going.

The others:

Zero
Revelations
RE2 Original
RE Original
VII: Biohazard
Code: Veronica (I remember very little of this one)
5

Never played: 6, Revelations 2 (not sure if there's others off hand)

Though, Zero's plot with the opera-controlled leeches didn't age well at all. I just enjoy it for the gameplay.
