Boom. Called it.
That would be logical, as that horse faced piece of trash had the opportunity to take care of the situation. Now his trade value is diminished and the team is still bad. But yeah, one of the only elite players on the team is the problem that needs to be addressed, not the pathetic quarterback or the pathetic offensive line or the pathetic linebackers or the overall pathetic run this organization has had since the Super Bowl. Elway fucking sucks at his job.

Have you ever been critical of your boyhood hero even once? It's absolutely pathetic.
Tl;dr
Well, you did. You just know you have nothing you can respond with, you've determined that you're gonna be an Elway fangirl until the end and that's that.
Didn't read. Legitimately. I'm sure it was a rant about Elway. To which nobody cares. Harris stuck with the team during their elite years, now that we're finally declining, he wants extra millions. Gross. And he's doing what every player did before him who demanded a huge contract: Got the contract, and played like a loser.

Gross of Harris.
I think it speaks more to your defeatist mentality that you think it's "gross" that an employee would use their leverage to get paid more at their job. I ask for a raise almost every month. Maybe you need to create more value for yourself as a worker and you'll understand this concept.

What the fuck??
Elway: genius for having brilliant idea of signing Peyton Manning
J-Mac: lucky for having brilliant idea of drafting Peyton Manning

So, is J-Mac a genius or is Elway a Bengals fan?
Only thing I ever said about that year was "whoever drafted Peyton in 2013 was gonna win the fantasy that year".

Stop putting words in my mouth, liberals.

Usually one of these September explosions ensures that person is at least in the top 2-3 all season. Easily the best week any of us have ever had.
If I would have played Jackson and Watkins I'd have had that week 1.
You missed the Watkins week and probably Lamar's career game. Hate to see it.

Earn the money the team was so generous to give you. He'd be nowhere if Elway didn't sign him as an undrafted free agent. But you conveniently forget that.

He did earn it. And he's been significantly underpaid every year of his career. Such a loser mentality "earn the money you're given". Uh, no. I'm gonna get that and I'm gonna get more because it's what I deserve. That's how winners and champions like Harris think. They don't settle because something's "good enough".

Imagine thinking that drunk idiot Elway ever even saw Harris play. That's not how the UDFA pool works. The individual scouts' "guys" who don't get drafted are teams' UDFA targets. It's the most rewarding part of the job for a scout.

Literally two weeks ago. To be fair, for Jason, that's like a million absolutely batshit insane thoughts ago.

Gross of Harris.
"Now that we're finally declining" Now? Finally? Can't believe I missed this bit.

This team has brought fans nothing but misery for four years. Get the fuck out of here with that "Now that we're finally declining" garbage. The decline happened years ago and we still fucking suck. Chris stuck to the program through two years of a complete buffoon in Vance Joseph. Who, by the way, Elway wanted to hire over Wade Phillips in 2015. We can thank Mike Brown for being an asshole who doesn't let his assistant coaches interview, that we have a Super Bowl win.

Every single thing I've said is verifiably true.

You have zero arguments for Elway outside of "He did ____ more than four years ago". You are stuck in the past and unwilling to be critical because he was your boyhood hero and we know the way you frequently put famous people who you admire on pedestals. Sorry, but your hero is a terrible general manager and this team won't get better if he's running things.

Superb Owls. We'd literally have zero without him. We're less than The Buccaneers without Elway. We are below the Chefs. We are the Cleveland Browns of Colorado without Elway.

I am 95% joking about Harris, btw. The 5% is me being annoyed that he is not playing up to the standards for the money with which was given.

He gives up a catch or two a game. So that's more about your ridiculous standards than anything he is or isn't doing. Save your criticism for the guys who are playing like shit. Or, for the guy who brought those guys in with the idea that they wouldn't play like shit.

Again, that Super Bowl already happened. Winning a Super Bowl four years ago does not give you more draft picks, does not give you more cap space, does not help in any way at all. It has zero relevance to what he's done since. Actually, scratch that, it is relevant. It's the only reason he still has a job.

I have high standards for the Broncos. I want accountability for poor performance. You want your hero to have his job forever. We want different things.

12 million dollars gets you corner play that's not close to Harris. Very good, not elite. 15-16 is closer to his market value.
