Yeah. lol. If you're patient with the first 35 or 40 minutes of the movie it starts to pick up and the pay off is pretty good. It isn't some OK horror flick, pumping its chest like it thinks it's about to take over as best horror movie of the 21st century, it knows it isn't some bombshell, didn't rely on cheap jumpscares.

Solid flick. I appreciated it.

What could go wrong?
You gonna do the whole marathon? All the way up to 6 Headed Shark Attack?

I have them all, and I will watch them all, but not during October. Just wanted to get the ball rolling.

Watched that one several months ago. It's more of a fictionalization of the Dahmer character. We thought it was kinda neat and a cool take.

Gonna watch that in about an hour. Gotta pick up the step kid from his girlfriend's house at 11pm.

Yeah, Hereditary is so far the leading new-watch flick for this challenge so far.

Now onto probably the best Howling sequel, though kinda on par with II for me for best sequel. Had there been more werewolf moneyshots, it would definitely outdo II.

Could not get it to play on my Firestick. We went with Deep Red, instead.

It Stains The Sands Red

Welp, I could have went my whole life without seeing that flick. I'll give points for using a chick's period as a plot device, and the whole evolution of treating a zombie like a pet then potentially falling in love with it was cute and all, but this was a far too long Tales From The Crypt episode (that they already did in various forms).

You guys really gotta be shitting me with this Hereditary suck off fest. Outside of the piano wire scene it's Rosemary's Baby style garbage.

Havok, culture these swine!
