Brats on the grill....homemade Mac and cheese, and baked beans. Not doing peppers and onions this time. Going with chedder cheese and jalapeno mustard.

I almost grilled ribs today. There was a great deal for two whole racks of pork ribs for $13.99. I like both beef and pork ribs, but the pork ribs seem to be "juicier". I could be doing beef ribs wrong though. Any tips?

I don't like messing with ribs as stores play too many games with them. Have seen too many racks of ribs where they trimmed the meat so close to the bone on the top side it was practically not there.

J-Mac, put dog in 350 degree oven with garlic, onion, and some soy sauce. Serve over rice.

PS- does that lady really have a 42 lb pug? cause that's insanely improbable. I'm assuming she meant 12 pounds?
