Morning!
It's a birthday day in my house so it is a fun day here. I can't believe my littlest is ten already. Flying by I tell ya.
Plus, I woke up to let the dog out and it is cool outside for the first time! Finally!

Seeing JLC trying to make the movie about her and feminism makes me never want to see it.

Good crap? Anyone ever go to a restaurant that has a communal table? I just went and had the worst experience. I don't go to those usually, but it was little gal's birthday choice and she wanted a japanese hibachi style place so she could eat a mountain of fried rice and shrimp. I can't decide whether the lady on my right was a rude bitch or I am just too much of a psychopath to sit next to strangers. She seriously sat down and drew a line with her arm and told me not to cross it. That this was HER space and banged her arm on the table. Who does that? :? I didn't even know what to say to her. I was just caught off guard that someone would do that. She was probably in her 70's and proceeded to go on and on about how great Boston is. Then she proceeded to throw a shit fit when I crossed her line and reached for the soy sauce for my daughter. I seriously loathe people sometimes. Oh, and she tried to take the veggies I ordered (all I ordered was veggies) and told the hibachi guy off when he didn't give her any. She didn't even order them. I loathe people right now. Anyone else ever have this happen? Sheesh! *goes back to challenge watching*

I liked the way they did the trailers for that. They didn't reveal much and made me want to know what the hell is going on there. Really want to see it.

"Friday the 13th! Jason Vorhees is one of my favorites. Still don't understand how he caught people running and he just walked though."

No. Spelled his name wrong, and didn't notice he ran in 2, 3 and 4. And he's gonna produce them... Go play basketball.

Can't say I've ever been to one of those. This gives me no aching desire, either. Sucks it happened on little gal's birthday to boot.

I love those kinds of restaurants but the social dynamics can be weird if you don't go with a big enough group

I go to a restaurant alone all the time. There's this Mexican restaurant I frequent when I have time. They givr me a booth, bring me a Coke and Tortilla Soup within like two minutes. Chips & Salsa is also free. I feel like that big time mob boss in movies who can always be found alone at his favorite restaurant where they treat him like royalty. :p

That Tortilla Soup is among the best tasting food I've ever eaten.

I eat out alone a lot too. I get through a lot of podcasts that way. With the hibachi places, you'd end up sitting with some group of six though.

Not too big on those kind of restaurants. Can't do Italian either. Steak, burgers, or Mexican food for me.
