that's crazy. maybe some kind of help and (in the case of illegal drugs) rehab program, as opposed to jail time, or something isn't looking like such a bad idea now?

Does it say what type of overdoses it tends to be? Illegal drugs or prescripted?

We're overpopulated, zombs. I've never held a high regard for Darwin, selection takes too long. A little kick in the pool shouldn't do us wrong.

it looks like it's focused more on prescription drugs. and opioids in particular.

Purdue Pharma created a generation of zombies twenty years ago. They're still pumping out drugs today. Very sad.

I feel like if we can get more overdose deaths, everyone is a winner.
This is self inflicted, if the leading cause of death was brain cancer, it would be more worrisome.

Lab-made drugs pumped out by doctors are perfectly designed to hook their customers and turn them into addicts, more effectively than street drugs ever could.

Prescription drug abuse is out of control. It would seem like something easy to get control of but doctors and pharmaceutical companies are just continuing to pump that poison out as much as possible.

When people couldn't get their Oxys refilled anymore, all it did was revitalize the market for heroin all over the country. It's completely out of control.
