Only 4 days into December and Christmas music is driving me insane.

You live in Florida. I know you're dreaming of a white Christmas.

Jason wrote:Went to Wendy's for the spicy chicken two more times since the first time I went back for it. Both times it was pretty bad. A completely different sandwich. A lesser chicken than Jack in the Box. It was insane. Thought I ordered the wrong thing both times. Just tried one more time and it's back in league with the first time I went back for it. Much better. But holy fuck is the quality inconsistent. Lol
Wendy's chicken sandwich is disgusting. Nothing but way too much mayo, limpass lettuce, grainy tomato, soggy breading and subpar peice of chicken with no heat at all. Don't even bother!

Do I want snow?? Nope. I just want it to be 30 degrees out in December.

We got a slight cold spell about 10 days ago. It was awesome.

Christmas music was on a loop yesterday for hours at the place I worked at.

We had a heated/spicy conversation about this the other day. :p

I used to enjoy fast food but now I only use it out of last ditch necessity. Really enjoy home cooked food more and more. We make homemade steak egg and cheese bagel sandwiches on Saturdays that are seriously delicious. My pickles and sauerkraut seem to be fermenting nicely :D

I don't even get lettuce or tomato on my sandwiches. Hogwash on the rest :P

I'd cook more often, but my apartment's so small it heats up.

Plus groceries have gotten stupid fucking expensive. It can cost up to $30 now if I want to make a batch of my chili, not counting the booze.

I can't get over the price difference between a decent grocery store, and our Walmart, which are like 3 miles apart. At the grocery store, $2 avocados, $5 a pound poblano peppers, and $5 a pound chicken thighs. At walmart, .88, $2, and $3.

When Walmart buys their products, they demand that companies sell them their items for dirt cheap, or they won't put their items in the store.

Wanna pump money into your local economy? Buy from the family owned/small town stores.
Wanna keep more money in your wallet? Go to Walmart.

Not really a possibility to buy local for many. The other store I was referring to is owned by Albertsons, who probably have more stores than walmart.

Gotta love economies of scale and purchase power.
