Made low carb chicken tikka masala in the crock and it turned out fantastic.

Made nachos today, but my batch used up leftover Monterey Jack cheese in addition to what I normally use. Not too fond of it added in, but still edible. It needed to get used up anyway.

I tried to make a cauliflower pizza crust last night and that was a complete disaster. It took forever to grate the cauliflower than when I put it in the oven it filled my whole house up with steam/smoke. Than it completely melted to the wax paper I was cooking it on making it useless
