Bought an Amazon Firestick. Know a guy who knows a guy who's gonna jimmy it. Heard the perks are aces and the porn is top notch.

Shit's been in the works for ages, so I'm glad it's finally getting made. Just wish Carlin was still around for it.

Thinking about watching Alien during my vacation. I saw it when I was like 11 years old and didn't like it. Same thing with John Carpenter's The Thing. However, I recently watched The Thing and I love it now. I'd give it a 10 out of 10.

Any of you guys into the Alien movies? Any other good horror sci-fi?

Does it all revolve around the Kodi app?

I didn't love Alien. Watched it twice, was underwhelmed. But still feel it deserves a revisit.

Aliens, however...

Yeah, pretty much. I haven't messed with it a whole lot. I have an app named Cinema, and I can find just about any movie.

Get the TubiTV app. So much cool content. There are commercials, but the movies are uncut.

Hmmmmmmmm......can I skip watching Alien and go straight to Aliens? Or do I need to watch Alien first? I think I'd rather watch Aliens because I can recall now, others saying the same thing.

I think you can skip Alien and be fine. I still prefer watching the first before the second even if I've seen them numerous times, but that's just me.

I should be more clear. If you jailbreak it, you need the Kodi App. But apps like TubiTV don't require Kodi. If you cut cable, Sling is pretty good.

Would I get Sling through Kodi or TubiTV?

No, it just comes as an app. Same with TubiTV. Sling is exactly like cable. TubiTV just has a shit ton of content, movies, tv shows, etc.

Alien is one of the greatest movies ever made. Don't let Jason steer you wrong. Definitely worth a rewatch. As for other sci fi horror movies, Event Horizon, Attack the Block, and Pitch Black are all great flicks, if you haven't already seen them.

I'd give Alien a rewatch, but I think you'll end up similar to me in that I like it, but it's never been upper echelon.
