You guys need to rethink a LOT of things. You need more vacation days, more paid leave, sick leave, statutory maternity and paternity pay and leave, and some actual vacations being taken instead of working needlessly.

Christmas off
Thanksgiving off
Labor Day off
July 4th off
Memorial Day off
New Years Day off
