Warehouse temperature hit 104 degrees and Tigg called it a wrap now I'm officially on vacation.

You just left?

I took a sick leave last Friday and they took away 12 hours of overtime from me. Gave me regular pay because I got ebola.

I took a sick leave last Friday and they took away 12 hours of overtime from me. Gave me regular pay because I got ebola.

If you worked 52 hours that week, I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Only way it's legal is if you get sick time for the Friday you took off and that sick time would be what bumped you up to being over 40 hours.
