Of course not. I am not sugar coating or over reacting in any fashion. A bunch of drivers were sitting, waiting for a load. After about an hour I asked what the schedule looked like for the rest of the day. He kinda brushed it off. Never got an answer. I get loaded, come back and we're done for the day, he calls me in the office and has a write-up written out saying I shouldn't be asking those questions because it is too stressful for him (lol) and that I should just be lined up and ready for a load no matter how long it takes.

Get a copy of the write up, with his exact reason. Go to his boss. If his boss still approves of the write up, then quit your job. Go draw unemployment and they can pay you to sit on your ass. I did unemployment claims for five years for companies in the States of CA, WA, AZ, MD, ME, OH, NC, TX, VT, and AK.
