I've liked most of Ron Howard's movies to some degree. Not a fan of The Da Vinci Code movies but Apollo 13, Backdraft, Willow, Cocoon...all great stuff.

as i understand it, there were only 3 weeks left of filming. so it seems like a waste of ron howard, unless he's going to scrap a lot of it and such.

I expect he'll make a few changes here and there. Probably nothing major. But the movie's in good hands imo.

Safe hands, I'd say, but not exactly the wildest of directors. I'd expect no major changes as a result, just good polish and finalization.
