Re: October 1st 2019
What an awful start to the month for me, ugh.
Machines don't want to work right all day, Doordash fucked me over for lunch (I don't normally use them for work, but I decided to work through lunch since jobs needed my eyes) but they didn't deliver anything, and the cancellation of the order's still in the air. Allergies picking up and the Flonaise I bought in bulk to prepare ain't fucking working. Other equipment removing settings as I literally turn my back to work on something else, meaning nearly an entire job is ruined and I have to start it all over in the morning. Too many customers rushing jobs to have done at the same time. Co worker not showing up early like he said to help with the big job of the day, so I did extra juggling this morning for it. Amazon's failed at delivering the new 4k Edition of The Shining today like they said they would.
And now I have to decide on what movie I'm putting on first for the challenge still...ugh.

Worse start than me, that's for sure. :p
Is the 4k Shining a yellow design of the hedge maze? If so, I believe it's only getting released today, meaning today they shoud ship it and if you have prime it'll arrive on the 3rd.
It's also available at Best Buy to walk in and buy, if that's the one.

No, it's the brand new scan version, new artwork. It's been on route for delivery all day today. Not that I *need* it right now, since that Dish Stephen King-o-thon I applied for won't be till the end of the month, but still.Jason wrote:Worse start than me, that's for sure. :p

FYI, just "walking into Best Buy" is not an easy option for me. Either version near me is a significant bus ride away.

This is the one I was talking about.

They have a badass Gremlins 4k steelbook too at Best Buy. Hopefully I can snag that after work tomorrow if they're not all taken.
