How can it replace when they're different days?

Alright so get this shit, so some of us have mentioned brushes with death lately, and I keep saying I need to make it out of this year. I'm not gonna get into the butterfly effect of shit, but right now I was walking out my driveway to the street to turn off my car and my neighbor comes pulling by in his SUV and sees me, he stops and we say hey for like 15 seconds, just quick pleasantries. At that same time, the elderly lady neighbor across the street comes pulling out, not seeing his SUV nor our quick convo. He sees she ain't stopping, reverses, she then sees what's happening and instead of hitting the brakes she hits the gas, comes swinging by me up onto the curb and sidewalk, luckily corrected and braking enough until she just rear ended another neighbor's tree. And it happened so quick I didn't do shit but stand there, all this a car width away, looked like something out of a fucking comedy. Needless to say, that could have turned out a fuck ton worse.
