Any predictions? For the first time in a while, it seems up in the air. Should be fun.

Most wide open year since that Shaq-Kobe dynasty ended. The "two star" look of most teams provides a nice balance. We like super teams, just not overwhelming ones. Kawhi choosing the Clippers over the Lakers probably saved the NBA from a near-guaranteed Lakers run.

Still, as long as the Lake Show gets in, it's going to be really tough to beat a healthy LeBron & Anthony Davis 4 times for any team. The Clippers are very well built and should be a load defensively. Lot of length on the wings, but they can probably be had by teams with great big men. The Nuggets are my favorite to be the #1 seed with their depth and youth, but I think they should be pushing some of their chips in to get another star. You gotta seize these opportunities when you're close and I don't think their alphas will be able to match up with LA's alphas in big games, it's tough when your best player is a big man. Golden State continues to be the biggest X-factor. If Steph, Klay and Draymond are all healthy in April, you can't rule them out.

Still in the Anyone-But-Warriors camp. Be nice for Portland to rock the playoffs. But I think we are still just not quite there.

I'm with Seb on this. Anyone but the Warriors. I have no expectations for OKC. Every win will be found money, just like the season after KD left. Should be fun.

East feels very 76ers vs. Bucks and outside of Embiid and Giannis those teams just don't do it for me. This could be the best year we've ever had for the West, but the East is sill so meh.

It’s pretty lame out East for sure.

Oh and Zion is going to thrive in the pace-and-space NBA as an athletic bully inside. Spread the floor with shooters and give Zion space to get to the rim. He's going to be so good.

What player rank would you give Zion is he top 20?

I feel comfortable putting him around 20 or so to start, and think he'll be a quick riser. He's looked incredible in preseason action against other starters.

Tigg, that’s a fucking nightmare to have to read. I see you got Anthony Davis, nice pick.
