I may have to work Saturday, but with today off I get a guaranteed three day weekend, two paid days.

the scary stories movie is okay. i would rather they made it more creepy and cool. like trick r treat or something. and they didn't use any of the stories that were big favorites of mine.

Hmmm......what's your favorite anthology horror movies. What are the ones you dislike? Trick R Treat definitely is a great one.

my favorite anthology is probably trick r treat. creepshow 1&2, tales from the darkside are good. my least favorite... maybe holidays or xx. there's some recent ones that are pretty bad.

Out of recent ones, Southbound is really good. Can't recall other recent ones that were anywhere as good, like Zombs said, they get pretty bad. Not sure if Trick r Treat is considered recent anymore since it's more than 10 years old, but if it does, then that's in the very small good pile of recent ones.

also, i wouldn't really call scary stories to tell in the dark an anthology. it all focuses on and follows one group of characters throughout the film.

I thought Tales of Halloween was pretty fun.

Ignoring the obvious Creepshows and Tales From the Crypt, After Midnight is sorely underappreciated for an anthology horror.

Trilogy of Terror is great. And I know I'm forgetting some other underappreciated ones.

Wait, did Slaughter just dig up a video that confirmed it was a movie I remembered? And I'm mixing it up?

Don't ask me. I can remember films, but I can't remember who I talked to about said films. My memory is very selective.
