I looked into a few of those back when I had to switch over from the HMFRadio page to the now Horror Night Oasis page in 2016. Spreaker gives you 5 hours of free usage before you need to upgrade and I forgot what Podbean gave you, but I believe it didn't work for what's needed either.

is the upgrade for spreaker cheaper than the upgrade for blogtalk?
