It's a terrible situation to be in I feel terrible for you and your family over the years I feel like I almost know you all and I hate that you are in this situation

I have my first job interview in over thirteen years tomorrow. The last one wasn't even really an interview, since it was a buddy of mine that was doing the interviewing, so technically, it's been fifteen years. No clue what I'm getting myself into, even though I've been conducting interviews for years.

Thanks. My problem is that I'm hard-pressed to come up with answers to shit on the spot. I do have a bit of help from my former boss, though. Since it's for a position that she normally does the interviewing for, she's gonna send me what she normally asks people, so I have a bit of prep(assuming they ask the same/similar shit).

Sounds good, that should help. My problem is, I can come up with answers on the spot, but I'll forget or skip over important shit. Like they ask me a 5 year plan or summat, I'll tell em the end but not how I'm gonna get there, fuck it. Do you know how many might be interviewing you?
