Happy New year to all!
I didn't make it to midnight.
I had wanted to stay up and call a gal I work with. Her family has a million superstitions they have to do right before midnight. Like sweep something, put on new underwear, turn around 3 times, wear something green at midnight etc. I forget all of them. Each one is supposed to bring something different. Like money, love, happiness, health etc. I was going to call her and tease her but I fell asleep.

It wasn't my underwear. It was a friend's underwear.
That sounds weird to say it that way LOL.
Dry Heaving...yikes. It's good to set a goal like that. Not sure if it is gonna stick if you are still hanging out w/friends that drink too though.

Fun? Finally read all of the Dark Tower series.
Serious? Build up an Author Platform since apparently it's really really needed, even with self publishing. That's going to be stressful.

I play in clubs, which is really hard. And out of all my friends, I'm the drinker for the most part. All my friends smoke weed lol. I just dont enjoy drinking anymore. I eat pretty healthy. I can focus on that a little more.

I’ve become an excess beer drinker. Hard alcohol almost ruined my life but I compromised with casually drinking beer because I never had problems with that and it’s fucking hard to live socially without drinking anything. But I’ve now gotten to the point of drinking beer the way alcoholics drink beer and I’m now undeniably overweight. What sucks is how many things throughout your day remind you of it. Something as simple as getting up from a seated position...night and day difference.
