The problem with the fitness industry is that there's a whole lot of opinions and not enough facts, so what I "learned" was their opinions on certain things. The facts I already knew. Certification does not equate to knowledge, it's just necessary to get a job at a gym, or to show credentials to potential clients(who are just happy to see a piece of paper saying you're certified). I liken it to all the ads I see requiring a BA/BS to stock shelves. People like that paper, even when it's pointless.showa58taro wrote:But you must’ve learned the stuff you read at least.
