Suddenly feel pretty under the weather.

Not good.

My allergies have been kicking up, and you bet I get dirty looks.

Yep, and I know it's allergies because it's all the usual itchy sinus crap.

Same. Trying to say "It's just allergies" gets you dirtier looks.

Here's hoping it's a minor cold.

I definitely wouldn't sell. It should restore in time as the virus passes through. But I have no degree in economics. My friend John Elway would have some sound advice, though.

Don't wanna jinx, but I woke up feeling quite normal this morning. Really odd.

There’s no easy way out if this recession. Expect it to be bad for 1-2 years I’m guessing. Nothing to be done about that fact from here.

I'm leaning more toward late Summer, imo.

They aren’t letting any of the global workforce back into society until there or thereabouts and unemployment will be skyrocketing by then. There is simply no way this recession lasts less than a year with stock markets continuing to suffer and general economic contraction. Only real hope is that we avoid hyper inflationary economics as that’s the one thing that will crater the global economy.

Honestly, this is really bad and really disruptive. I’m just thrilled we have Rishi Sunak in the drivers seat right about now and not sone of the Brexiteers who’d have fucked this so hard, and that my job is incredibly safe.

We shall see. It's a waiting game, for sure.

My hope is the goal goes from isolation and suppression back to mitigation as we build hospitals and ventilators and discover a medicine that helps fight it in serious cases. That’s be nice.

I've pulled an aggregate from many certified medical practitioners and infectious disease experts. It's weird to see that so many experts in the same field can have drastically different opinions about this than the others.
