I just had to make up notices about all kinds of stuff that should be common sense.
I had a co-worker tell me that "it wasn't written down so I didn't know" when it came to letting a resident go out somewhere with her daughter this past Sunday. We literally have signs everywhere saying no visitors to prevent exposure. How do people not understand that exposure was the key phrase, not visitors. I can't help but feel like this particular co-worker is just trying to cause problems for my boss because she's schmoozy with the board and expects to get my boss' job when she retires (I will happily quit at that point because she's more inept than my boss and more militaristic about things even when they are plainly problematic and stupid.)
I've been back to work for two days and I feel like I've stepped into a place that is staffed by infomercial actors. (incapable of doing the most basic things without over dramatically fucking it up.)

Quiet day....
I ventured out today only because I opened up a bag of flour from the pantry that didn't just have flour in it.
I went with my son since we had to pick up his something from his school. At one point in the store I turned to him and he looked pale and had a terrified look on his face. I turned to look where he was staring... It was a guy who had on a knit bank robber mask. You know the kind that just has the eyeholes. He had never seen someone wear one before. He thought we were getting robbed. Ugh.
