Hump day Wednesday. Gonna be sunny, in the low 70's with very little wind today. Almost perfect riding weather. Gonna bring out the Harley most likely. Been riding it a few times a week this past month or so. Might take it to Big Bear... if only there was shit to do outside of the quarantine.

Finally finished the Springsteen list. Thank the lordy. If you guys ever find yourselves getting heavily into his catalog, I hope you drop by the thread and search for the songs you're digging to see if they made the list and where they sit. I couldn't really make a definitive top ten artists in music, but Bruce is definitely #1, and I'll try to wrangle a quickie top five...

All the cool weather is now gone for the year. I realized this as I was taking people's temperatures in between two cars with exhausts going and full gear on at noon yesterday. Yeah, a wind would have been nice. Mmhmm.

I'm not cooking today. Hell with that. Did have a spicy chik-fil-A sandiwch for lunch. Haven't had one of those in ages with all this virus crap. Worst part was they had names for the orders which turned into a fiasco because apparently there was also two other gals with the same name as me with pretty much the same order.

Also I don't think I could pronounce that dish Tigg made. I'd be all "I fucking made Shake Shack for dinner".

It has red pepper flakes and lots of cumin and cilantro but it's not spicy. It was good and easy to make.

I had to leave it in the oven way longer than the time that is suggested to get the eggs cooked to a proper level
