We hit 110+ heat index for the better part of two weeks, then lower 100's the other couple of weeks. Now it's hot, but lower 90's heat index hot. Nothing what you guys are dealing with. Hang in there, sweetie..


What is winter like where you are in Cali? Does it really get cold? (my definition of 'cold' is below 40's, btw..lol)

Winter in California is like 60 degree weather. We almost never get a winter.

I couldn't imagine. One of the things I've always loved about Virginia is that we have four seasons. Summer is hot, fall is when things get cooler with pretty foliage, winter is cold--may or may not have snow, and spring is when things start to bloom and makes you look forward to summer. Normal winter weather here is in the 40's, with dips down into the 30's and teens for a period of time. Of course, weather is a-changing. Our summers are getting hotter, and our winters not as cold. Very worrisome.

Sorry..just kiddin. No, it's not. Th3Birdman is a critic of Cinemasins. His stuff is funny too, I suppose. I just found Cinemasins stuff, however, so I'm finding that funnier at the moment..lol

PS. I got my resident from the other night to chill by using her phone to call the house phone where I work and talking to her on the phone for an hour. Refused to talk to me in her room, but was fine on the phone because she thought I was "emergency services," just because she couldn't see me, oy.
