Unfortunately nothing so far. I don't know how to scream beyond my bubble. Unless your retweet is getting the likes and it's not transferring. The actual cover reveal seems to have bombed in comparison to the teaser yesterday. And I think Instagram's posting of it on my FB could be mucking it up, making it look like multiple posts.
