I suspect you've seen a lot more giallo than I have, which I applaud.Tiggnutz wrote:A lizard in a Woman's Skin. I've wanted to see this since I first got into giallo.Jigsaw wrote:Happen to know what you're opening the challenge with?

Re: October Challenge 2021 Discussion Thread
That's been on my "Want to see" list literally longer than I've been a member of HMF (I joined late 2009). Still haven't seen it, but hope springs eternal.Tiggnutz wrote:The House with Laughing Windows is another I need to see but its hard to find and expensiveJigsaw wrote:I suspect you've seen a lot more giallo than I have, which I applaud.Tiggnutz wrote:A lizard in a Woman's Skin. I've seen a lot of giallo but the lesser known ones only once and they all run together in my mind so I need to rewatch a bunch.

I was gonna watch a movie at midnight, but fell asleep looking for one. I'm on first shift and still adjusting to the hours. Now I gotta find one. I'm totally unprepared for the assignment. ![Tongue :P](./images/smilies/icon_tongue.gif)

Started off the challenge with Jakob's wife.
Things I liked and things I hated about it.
I did love the monster BEFORE the reveal. Hate when the monster ends up lame. I adore Barbara Crampton though. She carried the movie.

Re: October Challenge 2021 Discussion Thread
I wouldn't call either of the first two movies a complete wash, but I haven't loved either one. Need today to pick up nicely, so going with The Omen.

Just put on Funeral Home. I've been itching to see this one for a while now. Hope it is good.
Re: October Challenge 2021 Discussion Thread
I just learned they glue the mouths shut for funerals. And I just thought all the dead people in caskets kept their mouths shut.
Re: October Challenge 2021 Discussion Thread
There better be a giant lizard who rips a skin suit off in there with the naked people!Tiggnutz wrote:Started A Lizard in a Woman's Skin. Bunch of naked people 2 minutes in. That's giallo baby!!
