Damn Bob Saget died. I hate Full House maybe more than any other show in history but R.I.P. Bob
I feel like I can go back to work. Waiting in Dr's office and my work to call. It's ok for them to take THEIR time though.DancesWithWerewolves wrote: ↑Mon Jan 10, 2022 9:33 am Other than some headaches (which went away easily with Excedrin Migraine) and a sore throat, not much has really come of this round of Covid. Alli's throat's worse than mine though, but she says she's already feeling generally better.
Unfortunately, scratchy throat is like the most prominent common sign for Omicron. Godspeed to you guys, hope it's no big deals.DancesWithWerewolves wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 8:27 pmBalls. Never heard of Liquid IV, but I haven't had issues with headaches that aren't beyond the norm for me. I have a rough throat, which is probably a sign. Before she tested positive, I just assumed it was because of the cookie dough I devoured yesterday, since that's usually an after-effect.Jmac Attack wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 7:50 pmIf you get bad headaches.....get liquid IV. I had the headache for 5 days straight and it was excruciating. People recommended it to me. I started feeling better immediately. My strength is getting better too. I'm on day 6. It's fucking awful. My main symptoms were major fatigue and headaches. Started with a runny nose and sneezing. Then the headaches and body aches, which were terrible. My body aches went completely away this morning.DancesWithWerewolves wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 7:32 pmHer symptoms are more cold-like, so it's probably the Omicron one, so here's hoping it doesn't get too bad. We live in a 500 square foot studio apartment, there's basically no way I'm not getting it. I probably already have it, it just hasn't hit hard yet.Slaughterhouserock wrote: ↑Sun Jan 09, 2022 7:27 pmShit. Yeah, I'm a heart patient, so I made sure it would be ok to take. Friend of mine has a rare heart condition that she got because of pregnancy, she can't get the jab. I mean she can.....but hers is a huge risk. She is better off using her luck. She did get CoVid but was treated with monoclonal antibodies and that helped her a lot.
I'm just gonna count my blessings that I've got my Vax's so it's not worse than what it could be.Reign in Blood wrote: ↑Mon Jan 10, 2022 11:12 amUnfortunately, scratchy throat is like the most prominent common sign for Omicron. The wind will break eventually. Hell, might even go unnoticed.
