This morning I saw a guy at the gym with his kid, probably in the 8-10 age range. He was giving him a pep talk about being strong and how size doesn't matter. It was something along the lines of "I'm big and I'm strong, but look at him(points at me) he's skinny and he's strong. Size isn't strength. You don't need to be big. If you can lift your bodyweight, you're strong." Good dad with good advise. People are too concerned with size, especially kids.
