The Curse of Sleeping Beauty

An interesting take on the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. From that perspective, it's original and has a good payoff. From a horror film perspective, it kinda falls flat. Take out the Sleeping Beauty bit and it's a plot that's been done many times before, with a twist you see coming a mile off. The main character is basically an empty shell, so you don't really give a fuck about him. The potential love interest has more depth, but is just kinda there to keep the plot moving. There's two "quirky" characters that are briefly in it, and are mostly just plot points. The monster make up was decent, though. If you're bored and like fairy tale horror, it might be worth a watch, otherwise I'd skip it.
