I don't know, but many strains provide a sense of euphoria and well-being. Pretty similar to a painkiller high, but much safer. Great for people with anxiety. Illegal in a lot of states, though.

Never heard of kratom, but looked into it. Seems to be illegal in six states, and what do you know - looks like Indiana is one of the six states.

They're making a push to make it illegal everywhere. It hits on the same receptors of the brain that opiates hit on, but without the addictive properties. You have to abuse this stuff pretty heavily to become addicted and experience withdrawals.

The order I made was 1,000 capsules of a certain strain. Also came with 2 separate 50 capsule samples of different strains. Cost me 90 bucks. I'm past the beginner recommended dosage. Which is 2 grams. 4 capsules is 2 grams. So I'll take 8-10 capsules. Use it once a week at the very most. So this shit will last me a year easily. Probably more than two years.

Never smoked weed, but every couple weeks or a month I'll dabble in kratom. Hits the spot. I get them from smoke shops where the quality and potency is shit, but a shipment of kratom came in that I bought from a highly rated website and I'm excited to try it. Apparently a night and day difference from the smoke shop stuff and much safer and cleaner.

Joe Rogan talks about that stuff alot. Been meaning to try it.
