Who has a 4k Blu-ray player?
Re: September 9th 2023
After more than 2 months my mom is going home from the hospital Wednesday morning. The cyst is almost gone and she's been doing real well eating and exercising in the rehabilitation center she's in now.

Re: September 9th 2023
A pregnant kitty walked into my house in February 2008 and made herself at home. Gave birth to kittens that May. She outlived the kitten we kept. By 3 years. She just passed away this morning. If she was pregnant almost 16 years ago. She had to at least have been 17 or older. Bummer of a day.
Icing on the cake: My car that was running beautifully three months ago before I took it in to get smogged is now a totaled piece of shit. The previous 2 mechanics each fucked something up in it and now I'm assed out.
What a fucking year I'm having.

That's awful. Also a long time for the kitty to live too.Jason wrote: ↑Sat Sep 09, 2023 2:43 pm A pregnant kitty walked into my house in February 2008 and made herself at home. Cars failing, cats dying, 2023 sucks. I know other people with those exact events happening this year.

I wouldn't buy a 4k film to replace a Blu-ray I owned but I would buy a Blu-ray to replace a DVD I owned. In my opinion the jump from Blu-ray from DVD was a sizeable increase in quality. The jump fom Blu-ray to 4K isn't that much of an increase in quality

And you really have to have a proper 4k tv to go with it, otherwise you really aren't seeing much difference.Tiggnutz wrote: ↑Sat Sep 09, 2023 6:41 pmI wouldn't buy a 4k film to replace a Blu-ray I owned but I would buy a Blu-ray to replace a DVD I owned.
