Just saw where Jamie Lee Curtis will be returning to the Halloween franchise for 2018 release. She will be almost 60. It will be ignoring H20 and by extension, Resurrection. Thoughts?

As long as Rob Zombie isn't directing it.

is it just gonna be another h20 situation? or will it not be ignoring the other post halloween 2 movies too? can we get jamie lloyd and laurie strode in the same movie? :P (i guess that would be ignoring pt. 6 though)

Apparently it's going to spring out of H2. Though the picture they posted is "same porch, same issues 40 years later". I don't see how they can ignore 2, but they might. But everything else is out the window. 4-8 is no more. And no, Rbb's not involved. This is strictly a Carpenter produced, McBride/Green written production.

so, they are either remaking pt. 2, without loomis. or they are doing h20 2.0. :P meh. this doesn't exactly have me enthralled.

It's like going to be the 3rd part 3 :P

Figure a chart like the one Doc shows in Back To The Future Part 2 with the separate timelines lol

I'm still excited. I liked H20 at the time, but it aged badly.

Last time I saw H20, I remember being bored out of my skull for about the first hour. In need of a re-watch, which I'll eventually get to.

I only really like it now when Laurie kicks the kids outta the school and goes to confront. But that's like the last 15 or so minutes.

From what little I've gathered, it is part 3. Hopefully a better H20. LOL H40. Yikes. Hope they don't call it that. H20 did age badly and yes, the last 15 minutes are the only worthy part. I tried watching it again when the box set came out and couldn't even get through that. I'm hoping for one last good send off, but at this point I'm not setting the bar too high.

That is a godawful tagline (same porch, same issues 40 years later).

Land dispute update time.

No warrant has been issued to the guy on our land and it's been a week since we signed all the paperwork. Sheriff and county attorney is not getting back to us or giving us any information to get this guy dealt with. He's going around and people from the electric company are giving him power and the city is providing water, even though we've called and told them not to do anything or they'll be sued. Attorney also called somebody and told them it was ok for him to have water because he paid some type of fee, which is beyond bullshit if you ask me. Also, through my Mother's investigation skills and friends she knows around town, we also learned that he is selling crystal meth from the trailer.

The plot of land is ruined and destroyed because of this jackass. We've been dealing with this since July and It seems like nobody wants to help us or people think we're the ones in the wrong, even though we own a deed to the property.

Ugh, JLC in Halloween again is just about the worst idea ever unless she is dug up, and impaled by a metal rod that in turn gets struck by lightening.

I got my promotion! It's funny, because my coworkers were all calling me "sir" today. Climbing up the corporate ladder. They like my style.
