Re: January 2nd 2018
I actually purchased organic eggs this time around. See if there's really any difference.
One difference I already noticed: they seem more fragile.

Have you ever tried My Fitness Pal on your phone. I had dropped the 15 lbs I wanted to last summer with it. It was pretty easy with that. I was astonished at how quick the stinkin' calories added up in meals I regularly ate and thought were pretty healthy. The UPC scan function was awesome! I felt like it challenged me to keep my calories low so that I could enjoy a yummy dinner and still lose. Not for everyone though because you have to not forget to input stuff.Tiggnutz wrote:Diet day. No more exscuses time to wage war on this gut

Love eggs! There is always at least 4 dozen eggs in my house. I have this narrow shelf in the fridge that fits exactly that. Between cooking, baking, me and an almost teen boy snarfing hard boiled eggs constantly and omelettes for breakfast or dinner they never get a chance to go bad. Organic is too pricey for me.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:I actually purchased organic eggs this time around. See if there's really any difference.

Eggs are so easily digestible. I know even when I'm hurting it won't make my stomach hurt worse.
Good to know they are more fragile. I always hate when it's my last egg and the stupid thing is stuck in the container and it breaks. GrrRRrr!!

Reading claims x7 more vitamins, but not sure it's worth the fragile shells and weird aftertaste.Slaughterhouserock wrote:Only real difference: they're more expensive.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:I actually purchased organic eggs this time around. See if there's really any difference.

Re: January 2nd 2018
I've never tried it as an app on the phone, but I kept up on there for years and it would keep telling me "keep doing this and you'll be down to such and such in two weeks!" yet nothing. I gave up using My Fitness Pal.Ava wrote:Have you ever tried My Fitness Pal on your phone. I had dropped the 15 lbs I wanted to last summer with it. It was pretty easy with that. While true, those numbers are still minimal and will have no real effect on your health. Check this article out. It talks about organic vs. regular foods and gives a summary for each type.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Reading claims x7 more vitamins, but not sure it's worth the fragile shells and weird aftertaste.

After I'm done with this dozen, I'm sticking with my usual. As I said, the funny aftertaste isn't worth it (or the near doubled price)Slaughterhouserock wrote:While true, those numbers are still minimal and will have no real effect on your health. Re: January 2nd 2018
After weeks of a losing battle with bait traps and sprays, I'm having my apartment office coming in to spray the apartment for roaches. I usually prefer to handle these things myself (I hate having management come in for BS reasons), and I've been able to fend them off before, but these bastards are on steroids this time.
Re: January 2nd 2018
kinda bummed out had to put the brakes on my spicy latin . Umm he pulled out a ring yesterday and proposed which pissed me off to no end and proves he has not been listening to me . And to top it off he did it in front of his parents Brothers Sisters and kids.. not cool and I do not feel bad for turning him down in front of them all either

I hate to be the one to ask, but is he fishing for a green card? I don't know if Texas' illegal immigration's as bad as California's (I paid no attention to such thing when I lived there as a kid)
Re: January 2nd 2018
No, he was born here in Texas. It's not cool and it raises red flags. I made it perfectly clear that I was not interested in marriage or moving in type situations when he started using the L word . He skipped 99 percent of the process and jumped to the finale . Although he has since been very apologetic and remorseful the brakes are on .DancesWithWerewolves wrote:That is incredibly fast.Lunachic wrote:kinda bummed out had to put the brakes on my spicy latin . Honestly, the only super problem I have there is doing that in front of people when you don't already know the answer. That is an awful situation to put you in.
You told him what you didn't want, but relationships are also fluid by nature.

Just making sure, no offense meant, just searching for reasons he proposed so darned fast.
Right thing I think did you, pumping the breaks you did.

I think he is looking for a wife and it wouldn't matter who it was
