Not sure what my first movie will be, but I am still waiting on five random movies from my brother to complete my itinerary.

I did notice that there's a Syfy original on the 8th or so, Bring It On: Cheer or Die, which I'm oddly interested in. Not a complete October without a couple of subpar Syfy originals.

Hopefully you enjoy it more than I did. I thought it literally tries way too hard with it's off beat and dead pan humor.

Maybe you're doing the Fox Trot when you need to be doing the Tango over here, god damnit.

I think my first movie will be Carnival of Souls (1962) - I've seen it once, perhaps twice, but it's been at least eight years, and I recorded it off TCM, so the print should be clearer than the copies I have on DVD.

Second movie is Bert I. Gordon's Picture Mommy Dead (1966).

I'm not a fan of The Food of the Gods or Attack of the Puppet People, so I'm hoping this hit more the spot I'm looking for.

So far, Werewolf Castle isn't as bad as expected. The plot is pretty good, in spite of the bad straight-out-of-a-gameshop actors, costumes, and hilariously bad Werewolf performers. On multiple occasions, while they're running, I've made Curly "whoop whoop whoop" noises.

Werewolves Within is pretty cool. Glad it actually went to theaters.

I've got the new Firestarter going now.
