Ugh, Saw IV and V were just as bland and half-assed as I remember.

I think a huge factor in 4-6's bleh-dom is Det. Hoffman as the villain. None of it's interesting or compelling, just plodding along and sloppy.

The blood in Saw 3D is a lot pinker than I remember...

And I totally forgot Hoffman makes it to this one too.

Anna: Scream Queen Killer was a very strange and creepy one woman horror film. Oddly memorable and has a dysfunctional horror dissection feel to it.

Martyrs is as brutal as its reputation. Not sure I get the ending or maybe it's one of those "not supposed to get" endings. Need to let this one marinade before I grade it.
